Spinning Wheel Farm, Inc.
We are a total equine care facility dedicated to providing continuing
education through horseman helping horseman. Serving multiple surrounding
counties including, Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga. Trumbull and Cuyahoga counties. We specialize in the training of
beginner and intermediate English or Western horse and rider, with emphasis on
respect and humane treatment of our equine partners.
Boarding
is available for long or short term stays at Spinning Wheel Farm.
All board includes grain and Timothy Trefoil hay fed twice a day, daily mucking out of
stall or paddock, and 24 hour a day on site personnel to keep a eye on your
horse. The tack room and sand arena are available for your use.
Spinning Wheel Farm, Inc. has been a total care equine training facility
since 1985. We are located at
6810 Barrett Road, Geneva, Ohio. Call us at 440-474-5425 or use our
contact form. We are 50 miles east of Cleveland and 50 miles
west of Erie, Pa. just minutes south of Interstate 90. Our public hours
of operation are 10am - 7:00pm daily, although the premises are staffed 24hrs
per day.
Our farm offers several different programs: Group
and
private riding lessons,
driving lessons, training, jumping, horse shows,
day camp, trail riding and primitive
camping. We
hold several clinics annually with prominent leaders and trainers in the horse
industry. Please call us for more information. Our instructors are accredited
with the following accreditations: Equine Business Mgmt. education from
Ohio State University, BHSI training, Driving certification from CAA, Certification
for Girl Scout and Boy Scout badges, Equine Day Camp instructor, 4H instructor.
Our show season runs throughout the entire year.
We have several shows each
month: All Breed Open Pleasure shows, NBHA Contest shows, All Breed Open Fun
Shows, Dressage Shows, and Gaited Horse Shows.
With the support of our sponsorship program, we are able to award year end
high point awards and added money to our timed event shows.
